イギリスからの依頼！ ＲＣＭ‐５１３ Ｚ１ （Part-4）

Hello Everyone! I am Nakamura, representative director of Sanctuary’s headquarters.

 

 

イギリスのTonyから製作依頼を頂いた RCM-513 Z1（Part-4）です！

This is RCM-513 Z1 (Part-4) requested by Tony in the UK!

 

 

少し前に フレームがパウダーコーティングされて来ましたので

スイングアームの準備を進める事に・・・

Since the frame has been powder coated, the rear swing arm can be advanced.

 

SCULPTURE製スイングアームにリアサスマウントを溶接しました。

この後ブラックにコーティング工程へと旅立ちます。

The suspension mounting part was welded to our original SCULPTURE rear arm. After this, the rear arm is also coated in black.

 

Ｏ・Ｚレーシング製ホイールにタイヤやリアスプロケットなど

装備パーツを組み付けて。

Assembling tires and other equipment parts into OZ racing wheels and preparing.

 

暫定ですが こんな感じ！      少しバイクらしくなって来ましたね ♪

It is still provisional, but it looks like this!  It’s becoming a little like a MotorCycle ♪

 

数日後、スイングアームがコーティングされ戻って来ました。

After a while, the lower arm returned from black coating.

 

このスイングアームはフレームに取り付け後 ガタつきが出ない様

スラスト＆ラジアルの 異なる２種類のベアリングを採用しており

それらを油圧プレスで圧入して行きます。

This rear arm uses different types of thrust and radial bearings to prevent rattling after installation, and press-fit them with a hydraulic press.

 

スイングアームをフレームに本組みしました。

The rear arm is assembled to the frame.

 

OHLINS製リアサスペンションがバックオーダーで、まだ暫くの間

入荷して来ないとの事・・・

少しの間サスペンション替わりのバーを入れて固定しておきます。

The rear suspension made by OHLINS is backordered and will not be available for a while …For a while, put the bar in place of the suspension and fix it.

 

Brembo製ラジアルブレーキマスターなど ハンドル周辺パーツも

取り付けて行きます。

Attach parts around the handle, such as Brembo brake parts.

 

そしてこの頃、エンジンが耐熱塗装ガンコートで 美しく塗装され

納品されて来ました！

And the engine is beautifully painted with heat-resistant gun coat and delivered!

 

 

これで次回から エンジン作業が始められます！
