From the Netherlands! CB1100R Part-12

オランダＣＭＳの ＣＢ１１００ＲＣ、シリアルナンバー ＲＣＭー２８２ Ｐａｒｔ‐１２です！
Hello, everyone! I am Nakamura, President and Representative Director of
Sanctuary head office・・ This is the part 12 of CB1100RC,
serial number RCM-282, which was ordered by CMS in the Netherlands!
リアサス 取り付け位置を 変更する作業 レイダウン、専用治具を用いて 施し中・・
Now I am implementing lay-down work to change a mounting position of rear
suspension by using a special tool・・
左右のサスペンションマウントを 連結するパイプを 切断・・
治具としての 役目を ここで終えます
Cut a pipe connecting right and left suspension mounts・・
Then its role as a tool is finished.
切り出した ＳＳ４００材プレートは、板金加工で成形され 点付けにて 溶接し・・
The lumbered SS400 plate is formed through sheet-metal processing and
spot welding is done to the plate・・
本溶接を 施します・・
Perform the final welding・・
既に 固定用治具が 外されてますので、この時の溶接で 歪みが 発生しない様、
細心の注意を 払いつつ 作業しました。 こう言った 作業技術は、口では中々
伝えにくいもの・・ 経験値が ものを言います
Since a fixing tool had been already removed, I performed the work very
carefully so that this welding wouldn’t cause any distortions. This
engineering technique is difficult to explain・・experience is very important.
こんな感じです・・ 新しく移設した サスペンションマウントは、フレーム本体パイプの
下に沿う形で 取り付けられています。 左右マウントの位置や 角度等、精度を
出すのが 大変な作業でした
So it goes like this・・The suspension mounts newly relocated are placed
along the underside of frame’s pipe. It was tough to find the accurate
position or angle of the right and left mounts.
ここまで来れば、フレーム作業は 終わったも 同じ！・・ 少し ホッとしました・・♪
The frame work is almost done here! ・・ I am a little relieved・・
一方、こちらは、ジュラルミンＡ７０７５材から 削り出しにて 単品製作した
ステアリングステムの シャフト
On the other hand, this is a shaft of a steering stem, which was made by
cutting duralumin A7075.
ステアリングステムは、ＳＣＵＬＰＴＵＲＥ製の カワサキＫＺ用を 使用
Kawasaki KZ of SCULPTURE is used for the steering stem.
油圧プレスで、ステアリングステムに シャフトを圧入・・
フォークオフセット ３５ｍｍの ＣＢ用ステムと なりますっ！ この後、フレームに
仮付けして、ステアリングロックの加工を 施せば、いよいよフレームを 塗装工程に
出せます。 オランダ ＣＭＳ社の マイクさ～んっ！ だいぶ時間掛かってしまって
申し訳ありませんでしたが、この後も がんばりますんで、よろしくお願いしますね～！
I press the shaft into the steering stem with a hydraulic press・・It becomes
the CB stem of a 35mm fork offset! After that, it will be temporarily fitted
into the frame and processed with a steering lock, then finally the frame can
be painted. Mike at CMS in the Netherlands～! I am very sorry that it has
