Sanctuary) posting this article from the Head Office… This is Part 23 of a
series of articles on Restomod Project for CB1100RC (with the serial number
RCM-282) commissioned by the Dutch company CMS!
車体を 構成する部品を、取り付けて行きます・・
Installing parts that make up the body…
マフラーを 取り付ける 為の、専用スタッドボルトを 取り付けます
A special stud bolt is used to fasten the muffler.
そこに エキゾーストパイプを 差し込む為の、フランジ部品を 取り付けて・・
Installing a flange where the exhaust pipe will be inserted…
ＮＩＴＲＯ ＲＡＣＩＮＧ製の マフラー・・ 細かく輪切りした チタンパイプを
一つ一つ 溶接して 造り上げる、ウェルドクラフト ３Ｄ チタンマフラーです！
A muffler made by Nitro Racing… Finely cut sectional titanium pipes are
welded one by one to create a Weldcraft 3D titanium exhaust muffler!
先ほど 取り付けておいた フランジに、エキゾーストパイプを 組み付けて行きます
The exhaust pipe is assembled on the flange that was previously attached.
エンジン４気筒、全て エキゾーストパイプが 付きました。
溶接の美しさ、ウェルドクラフトならではの 複雑なラインが、厳つさを 醸し出してます
The 4 cylinder engine, with all exhaust pipes attached. The beauty of
welding, the complex lines specific to Weldcraft creates ruggedness.
先に アルミプレートで 製作しておりた、リアフェンダーブラケットの 位置を確認・・
Checking the location of the rear fender bracket that was previously created
from aluminum plates.
実際に テールランプを 取り付けて・・
And actually install the tail lamp…
周辺部品との 隙間、取り付け具合など、諸々 合わせの確認を しておきます
Verifying the space between the surrounding parts, the finish of the
assembly, and the way they all fit together.
外装 ファイバー製品に 一部 痛みがあり、この後の 外装ペイント工程前に、
少し 修正を行っておく 必要が ありそうです
There was exterior surface damage to a section of the fiber component, so
before the exterior painting process, it looks like some minor repairs will be
necessary.
この段階に 来ても 意外に細かい 加工等があり、時間が 掛かるものだと
改めて 感じました・・ オランダ ＣＭＳ社の Ｍｉｋｅさ～んっ！

Even at this step, there are some very detailed processing procedures, and I
have been reminded once again how this is a time consuming task… Mike-san
