CB1100R coming from Netherlands! Part 7
皆さん こんにちは！ サンクチュアリー本店 中村です・・
オランダＣＭＳ社 ＣＢ１１００ＲＣ、シリアルナンバー ＲＣＭー２８２の製作 Ｐａｒｔ‐７です！
Hello, everyone! I am Nakamura, president and representative director of
Sanctuary head office・・ This is the part 7 on producing CB1100RC ordered by
CMS in Holland, whose serial number is RCM-282!
全分解された エンジンは、各部の破損状態を チェックし 修復作業中・・
画像は シリンダーヘッドの吸気ポート
The engine wholly disassembled is checked for each part’s broken condition and
being repaired・・・ The picture shows the intake port of the cylinder head.
理由は わかりませんが、吸気ポート内が 非常に 荒れておりました
I don’t know the cause but inside of the intake port was in a very bad condition.
燃焼室に こびりついた カーボン・・ まずは このカーボンを 落とします
The combustion chamber smeared with carbon・・
First, we make this carbon go away.
清掃で 地肌が見えた 燃焼室・・ ここでも 原因不明傷を 多数発見・・

Here again, we found out many damages of unknown cause.
研磨担当の菊地に 磨いてもらう事に・・ 磨き上げる事で燃焼室強度も ＵＰするしね ♪
Now Kikuchi in charge of polishing does so・・
The strength of the combustion chamber will be increased by polishing it ♪
右エンジンカバーにも ひびが入っており、ここも溶接で 修復します
There is also a crack in the right engine cover, so we fix it by welding.
その他 小さな傷は、先ほどの研磨担当 菊地に磨いてもらい、修復完了・・
Kikuchi polished other small flaws and the repairs were completed.
右エンジンカバーも ご覧の通り、 きれいに治りました！
As you can see, the right engine cover was beautifully repaired!
これにて エンジンの下準備は完了！・・ この後、耐熱の塗装工程に行きます。
塗り上がるまで 少し時間が掛かるので、その間 いよいよフレーム作業に入りましょう！

This preparation of the engine has been done!・・
After this, we begin the heat- resistant painting process.
It takes a little bit of time until we finish painting, so let’s begin the frame work!
