中心に これまでも数十台のＲＣＭが輸出されて来ました。
We constantly receive inquiries about RCM from overseas, and over the past 20 years, dozens of RCM units have been exported, mainly to Europe, America, and Taiwan.
先日も、少し前より海外の方と何度かメールしておりまして・・・

オーストラリア在住のＭｒ.Ｊｏｈｎ ＬｅｗｉｓからＺ１０００ＭＫ２の
ＲＣＭオーダーを頂きました！
Just recently, we received an order for an RCM Z1000MK2 from Mr. John Lewis in Australia!
ベース車をオーストラリアから日本へ送って製作するか悩んでおりましたが
Ｍｒ.Ｊｏｈｎ Ｌｅｗｉｓと相談し日本で用意する事になりました。
We were considering whether to send the base bike from Australia to Japan, but after discussing it with Mr. John Lewis, we decided to prepare it in Japan.
Ｚ１０００ＭＫ２のベースを分解し、これより作業開始です！
We’ve disassembled the base of the Z1000MK2, and the work starts now!
先ずは前側エンジンマウントとスイングアームピボット部に治具を取り付けます。
First, we’ll attach the fixture to the front engine mount and swingarm pivot section.
この治具を取り付けずに補強してしまうとフレームが簡単に変形してしまうので
いわば必需品なんです。
Without the fixtures, the frame would easily deform during reinforcement, so they are essential.
これよりフレーム補強を開始。
Now, we will begin reinforcing the frame.
続いてはフレーム左内側、ドライブチェーンの通過軌道を作ります。
Next, we’ll create the track for the drive chain on the inner left side of the frame.
１８０幅のリアタイヤに合わせドライブチェーンの軌道を２１ｍｍ外へ出す為、
チェーンがフレームに干渉しない様にする為の加工です。
This is a modification to adjust the track of the drive chain outward by 21mm to accommodate a 180-width rear tire, without the chain interfering with the frame.
外側からも補強を追回して終了。
次回はリアサスペンションのレイダウン加工に入りますよっ！
We will then reinforce the frame again from the outside, and this will complete the process.
Next, we will conduct the laydown processing for the rear suspension!
このＺ１０００ＭＫ２のシリアルナンバーはＲＣＭ-６４９に決定！
The serial number for this Z1000MK2 is decided as RCM-649!
全てのＲＣＭに必ずこのシリアルナンバープレートとキーホルダーが付帯される。
これは全世界共通で真のＲＣＭである証となります！
