シリンダーヘッドのポート拡大研磨、まずは粗削りの工程が終ったので
ここでガンコート塗装工程へと移行。
The rough machining process for the cylinder head port expansion is now complete, and we’re moving on to the Cerakote painting process.
これより車体を立ち上げます。
We are now beginning the assembly of the frame.
ＲＣＭ 真の証明たるシリアルプレートをリベットで固定し・・・
The RCM serial plate, a proof of authenticity, has been secured with rivets…
ＲＣＭ-６４９のシリアルナンバーが取り付けされました！
The serial number plate for the RCM-649 has been attached!
ステアリングロックの掛かり具合を確認して
We’re checking the engagement of the steering lock.
ＯＨＬＩＮＳ ＥｘＭパッケージ フロントフォークを組み付けます。
Next, we’ll be installing the Ohlins ExM Package front suspension.
一方こちらは、ガンコート塗装が終ったシリンダーヘッド・・・
Meanwhile, here is the cylinder head, freshly finished with its Cerakote painting…
サンクチュアリー本店内には鏡面研磨専門の部門があり、粗削りポート内の
仕上げが行われていました。
At the AC Sanctuary main store, we have a specialized polishing department that is working on finishing the rough-machined interior of the port.
やすり目が消えるまで研磨され、この後は内燃機加工部門にバトンタッチされます。
The port is being polished until the tool marks are no longer visible, and then the task will be handed over to our internal combustion machining department.
同時進行で進むスイングアームのスタビライザー補強。
Simultaneously, the reinforcement of the swing arm is progressing.
削り出しブロックピースとリブ角パイプの合わせ補強溶接が完了。
この後ブラックコーティング工程へと移行します。
The welding of the machined bracket and rib angle pipe is now complete.
Next, it will proceed to the black coating process.
ガンコート塗装が終ったクランクケースのアッパー部・・・
The upper part of the crankcase, now completed with the Cerakote painting…
ケース内部の壁にエアーリューターの刃物で穴を開けます。
We are making a hole in the inner wall of the case using an air router.
クランクケースの内圧を移動させるポンピングロス加工を施しました。
ベースガスケットが挟まるブロック合わせ面であるクランクケース上面研と
シリンダーのオーバーサイズスリーブが入るホール拡大も出来上がってます。
We have applied pumping loss processing to adjust the internal pressure of the crankcase.
The upper surface of the crankcase, which will be matched with the cylinder block, has been machined, and the bore for the oversized sleeves has also been expanded.
