クロアチアへ！ＲＣＭ－４６１ （Ｐａｒｔ‐１０）

ＲＣＭ－４６１ Ｚ‐１（その１０）です！

RCM-461 Z-1 ordered from Mr. Baldo living in Croatia (Part 10)

 

概ね 全体的に完成が見えて来た ＲＣＭ－４６１。

The RCM-461, which is globally close to completion now.

 

まだ手付かずだった メーター＆ミラーステーの構想に入りましょう。

Now we are about to start working on the conception of the meter & mirror stays which were left untouched so far.

 

まずは図面を作成・・・

First, making the drawings…

 

その後 出来上がったメーターステーを取り付け、左右側面に付く

ミラーステー部の構想に・・・

Once attaching the completed meter stay, we started working on the conception of the mirror stays to be attached on each side, on the right and on the left…

 

表面処理まで出来上がった メーターステーとミラーステー。

The meter stay and mirror stays finished up to their surface treatment.

 

左右をそれぞれ連結させる事で 強度を上げ、振動対策しました！

Joining each side on the left and on the right allows for a stronger structure against vibrations.

 

続いては カーボンファイバー製のリアフェンダーを加工。

Next, working on the rear fender made of carbon fiber.

 

リアフェンダーをスイングアームに取り付けするべく 加工します。

We are processing the rear fender so that it can be attached to the swing arm.

 

そして最後の作業・・・

ＲＣＭシリアルナンバープレートを アルミ削り出しの専用ホルダーに

リベット固定して・・・

Then here comes the last operation… Cutting aluminum for the RCM serial number plate and fixing it in its dedicated holder…

 

メーターの下に取り付けて、完成っ！

Attaching it under the meter, and it’s all done!
