Ｚ‐１フレームを補強する上で絶対欠かせないのが、このヘッドパイプ下部。

強化された採用シャシーに対し必要不可欠な補強です。

What is essential in reinforcing the frame of Z-1 is the bottom of this head pipe. It is essential reinforcement for reinforced underbody parts.

粗方フレームの補強が終った所で、続いてはレイダウン加工に入ります。

When the reinforcement of the coarse frame finishes, and subsequently enter the lay down processing.

リアサスペンションの取り付け角度を変更する、レイダウン加工

Lay down processing to change the mounting angle of the rear suspension．

新設されるサスペンション取り付け部の、左右の水平度や位置等

精度を追求する為、専用治具なしでの加工はまず出来ません。

Processing the suspension mounting part to be newly installed by use of a dedicated jig in order to obtain levelness of in left and right direction and accuracy of position etc.

治具固定したまま、溶接・・・

リアサス取り付け角度だけでなく、左右の幅もワイドになっており

幅広のリアスイングアームに適した寸法となっております。

Completed! Not only the angle of the rear suspension but also the width of the left and right is widened and it is suitable for the wide rear swing arm
