RCM-461 Z-1 ordered from Mr. Baldo living in Croatia (Part 7)

芯出しをしたクランクシャフトと各部点検し消耗部品を交換して

組み立てたトランスミッションをクランクケースに載せました。

The crankshaft of enhanced precision and the transmission inspected and rebuilt with new consumables are placed in the crankcase.

ロアークランクケースを合わせ、規定トルクで絞めこみます。

Joined the lower crankcase and tightened at the standard torque.

クラッチハウジングは丸々アッセンブリで、ＰＡＭＳ製の後期型

軽量なアルミの物に交換。

ケースを分解した時でないと交換できないので、必ず行います。

The clutch housing is entirely replaced with the later model in aluminum from PAMS. It can only be replaced when the crankcase is dissembled, so we always do this at our assembly works.

ピストンはもちろんドイツＷｏｓｓｎｅｒ社製で、圧縮比１０．８の

ラインナップ！シリンダースタッドはＳＡＮＣＴＵＡＲＹオリジナルの

クロモリ鋼製です。

The piston is no other than a German masterpiece of Wossner with the compression ratio of 10.8! Cylinder head studs are chrome molybdenum steel beauties from SANCTUARY.

シリンダースリーブもＰＡＭＳ製のＥＳＴライナーに変更しました。

Also replaced the cylinder sleeves with the EST liner from PAMS.

ライナー内側が黒ずんで見えるのは、パルホスＭ処理を施したから・・・

滑りが良くフリクションロスが低減される表面処理で、さび止め効果も

ある優れものです。

The darkened interior of the liner comes from the manganese phosphate treatment… This treatment leaves the surface quite smooth and reduces the friction loss. It also prevents the corrosion.
