ドイツのフランクさんからオーダーを頂きました、Ｚ９００ ＲＣＭ-５５４
（Ｐａｒｔ-６）です！
This order from Frank in Germany is Z900 RCM-554 (Part-6)!
しばらく欠品していたヨシムラ製STAGE2ハイカムシャフトが入荷して来ました！
The missing YOSHIMURA STAGE2 high camshafts have arrived!
ここまで精密加工に時間が掛かっていたシリンダーヘッドも完成！
The cylinder heads, which required a lot of time for precision machining, are also now complete!
シリンダーヘッドはもちろん 燃焼効率の良いツインスパークプラグ仕様です！
The cylinder heads are designed with twin spark plugs for high combustion efficiency.
ハイカムシャフトに合わせてシリンダーヘッドのタペットホール側を加工しました。
Tappet holes in the cylinder head have been machined to fit the high camshafts.
バルブはステムをウエスト加工されたPAMS製のオーバーサイズバルブです。
The valves are oversized PAMS valves with a waist-machined stem.
タペットはSANCTUARYオリジナルのインナーシム式で、圧抜き穴を開けたもの。
表面にWPC処理も施されている製品です。
The tappets are AC-SANCTUARY’s original inner shim-type with a hole to vent the internal pressure. This product also has WPC treatment on the surface.
インナーシムタペットの場合、最初にシリンダーヘッド単体でバルブクリアランス
調整を行っておくのがセオリー。
In the case of inner shim-type tappets, first, adjust the valve clearance of the cylinder heads alone.
その後、シリンダーヘッドを搭載して本組みし・・・
Then, mount the cylinder heads and assemble…
ハイカムシャフトを組み付けて、ここで再度バルブクリアランスを調整します。
Assemble the camshafts and adjust the valve clearance again at this stage.
タイミングホイールを用いてバルブの開閉タイミングをヨシムラの指定値にて設定。
実はうっかり画像を撮り忘れてしまったので、動画を貼りました。
Using the timing wheel, set the valve open/close timing to the value specified by YOSHIMURA.

完成したエンジンを早速搭載・・・
約束の完成期限まで、もうあまり時間が残されていません。

Install the YOSHIMURA & MIKUNI TMR-MJN DSF carburetor…
最初のエンジンオイルを注入します。
Fill the first engine oil.
そして、ペイントが出来上がった外装パーツを取り付けましょう！
Then, let’s install the exterior parts that have been painted!
フランクさ～ん！
まだまだ沢山作業がありますが、次回はいよいよ完成して シャシーダイナモ上で
エンジンの慣らしとキャブレターセッティングに入ります。
最後はショートコースでテスト走行をするのですが、今日本は雨期本番ですので
どうか雨が降りませんように！

There is still more work to be done from here, but next time it will finally be finished, and we will start the engine break-in and carburetor setting on the chassis dynamo.
The last step will be a test run on a short course, but we are in the middle of the rainy season in Japan, so we hope it will not rain on that day!
