ＲＣＭ－３３８ （その６）ですっ！
Hello Everyone! I am Nakamura, representative director of Sanctuary’s headquarters.. It’s RCM-338 (vol. 6), which is now in production at the request of Luc from Denis Diesel Service in Belgium!
メーターは カワサキ純正の フルリビルド品を 使用・・
ウインカー等の 装備も、取り付け 出来る物は どんどん 付けて行きます。
Use these fully rebuilt Kawasaki factory meter parts. Done with these and then move right on to the winkers and the other parts that can be fixed on.
バッテリーケース等の 装備も、ダイヤモンドコーティングで きれいに なりました・・♪
The outfit including the battery box looks nice after the powder coating.
外装ペイントも 仕上がって来てます！・・ 今回は いつもと 趣向が違い
いわゆる オーソドックスな、純正 火の玉カラー・・
The body coating has been done! This time coated with, so to say, “orthodox” genuine paints, different from what we usually use.
ハンドルバーの 位置や角度を、固定し・・
Fixing the handlebar location…
ハンドルに 取り付ける スイッチの、回り留めの 穴を 開けます・・
Getting the holes to avoid rotation of the switch fixed to the handle.
一方 エンジンですが、腰下が 全て 組み上がりました・・
The engine, meanwhile, has now all of its lower parts finished up.
ピストンと シリンダーも、仕上がってます・・
Pistons and cylinders are done as well.
シリンダーライナーには、おなじみ ＰＡＭＳ製を 採用。
ターカロイと 言う 特殊鋼で 出来た 特別な逸品で、耐久性に 優れております・・
Use PAMS brand for the cylinder liners. They are made of special steel called Tarkalloy, extraordinaire and excellent in durability.
この段階まで 来ると 毎回 進展が見えるので、どんどんバイクらしくなりますわ・・
それでも 完成は・・ 今月末 くらい ですかねぇ？・・ (^_^;)

Now that we are getting somewhere, the machine is getting to take shape as a motorbike. The completion, however, would be around the end of this month…Count on us.. Hello Luc (Denis Diesel Services, Belgium)! Please check back. We are making a lot of headway!
