台湾から再び ＲＣＭ－３７５ ＭＫ-Ⅱ （Ｐａｒｔ‐８）

台湾の ＲＣＭ－２７５ Ｚ-１オーナーから 製作を依頼された、ＲＣＭ－３７５ ＭＫ-Ⅱ

（その8）です！

 

Hi. This is Nakamura, president of the Sanctuary headquarters. This is the 8th installment of the series for RCM-375 Mk-II, an order from the owner of RCM-275 Z-1 in Taiwan.

 

大家好，我是SANCTUARY總公司董事長中村。

這是台灣的ＲＣＭ－２７５ Ｚ-１車主委託製造的ＲＣＭ－３７５ ＭＫ-Ⅱ（之8）！

 

側面カバー系やヘッドカバーが、取り付けられてない状態で エンジンを搭載。

Mounting the engine, with lateral covers and the cylinder-head cover still not installed

在側面的遮蓋類和頂部遮蓋尚未安裝的狀態下，裝上引擎

 

ひとまずエンジンが搭載される事で 様々な部分の作業を進められる為

その点を優先したと 言う訳です・・・

The mounting of the engine was given priority since it will allow for moving on to working on various parts

由於裝上引擎後，各種部份都可有所進展，因此以該項為優先

 

ここで ヘッドカバーを被せて、マフラーも取り付けます。

Installing the cylinder-head cover at that point, as well as the muffler

在此處裝上頂部遮蓋，並且安裝滅音器

 

当然、キャブレターも取り付けて・・・

Of course, the carburetor was installed as well

當然也要安裝汽化器

 

この勢いのまま、オイルクーラーも取り付けました。

Keeping up with the same enthusiasm, moving on to the installation of the oil cooler

就這麼裝上油冷卻器

 

コア全体に 曲がりが掛かった形状の、ラウンドタイプオイルクーラーです。

This is a round type oil cooler, which entire shape is curved

整體呈現弧形的圓形油冷卻器

 

ここまで大変 順調だったんですが、ここで問題発生！

何と、ミッションカバーがきちんと 取り付け出来ません！

Everything was going very well so far until a problem occurred here!  What a surprise when we found out the transmission cover does not fit properly!

到此為止都非常順利，但在這裡發生了問題！主軸箱蓋竟然無法順利安裝！

 

調べた所 Ｚ１０００ＳＴのシフトドラムが、ＭＫ‐Ⅱの物と若干ですが

寸法が違うと言うのが 判明・・・（汗）

After close examination, we found out that the dimensions of the shift drums of Z1000ST and MK-II were slightly different…(:|

調查之後發現，

Ｚ１０００ＳＴ的軸板如果使用ＭＫ‐Ⅱ的配件的話，尺寸會有些微差異・・・（汗）

 

落ち込んでても仕方ないので またエンジンを降ろす事に！（苦笑）

We have no time to get depressed so we decided to take the engine out again! （XD）

在這裡消沉也沒有用，總之先把引擎拆下來！（苦笑）

只今めげずに エンジン開けて、ＭＫ‐Ⅱのシフトドラムに交換してますからね～っ！

 

Mr. Chin from CHMOTO Taiwan! Karen! And the owner of RCM-275 Z-1! Don’t worry, we are not giving up and we are now opening the engine and changing to MK-II shift drum!

 

台灣 ＣＨＭＯＴＯ的陳先生！凱倫！還有 ＲＣＭ－２７５ Ｚ-１的車主！

我們不會放棄，現在正打開引擎，交換成ＭＫ‐Ⅱ的軸板喔！
