台湾 ４台目となる ＲＣＭは 台北に 行った際 お世話になった Ｅｄｄｙさんから
オーダー頂いた Ｚ１-Ｒです！
Z1-R is the Taiwan’s 4th RCM, which is an order from Eddy who helped us a lot when we were in Taipei!
成為臺灣第4臺的ＲＣＭ，是去臺灣之際承蒙關照的Ｅｄｄｙ先生訂購的 Ｚ１-Ｒ！
上部リアサス 取り付け部を 囲む様に、専用治具を 組み付けて行きます・・
Dedicated jigs are being assembled so as to enclose the components of fittings on rear suspensions.
如同後部懸架裝置固定部位圍繞的部件，同時加帶著專用夾具。
こんな 感じですね・・・

這樣的感觀・・・
この 専用治具がないと、とてもじゃ～ ないですが、この作業は 出来ません・・
There is absolutely no way to do this task without this dedicated jig
如果沒有這種專用夾具，這一作業絕對無法進行。
それでも 治具を使う 人間によって、わずかに 完成精度は 異なるもの・・
結局の所、最後は 職人的な感覚での 微調整が 大事なんですよね・・
But still, accuracy may slightly vary according to the person handling that jig … in the end, it is important to make fine adjustments with the sense of a craftsman
即便如此，不同的人使用夾具，在精度上也會出現微小的差異・・ 最後靠工匠的感覺來細微調整是十分重要的。
専用治具のセットが 完了した 所で、溶接に入ります。
Welding starts once jigs are set
在組裝完夾具後，進行熔接。
ある程度 溶接が 進んだ所で、治具を 取り外しました・・
When welding was done to some extent, jigs were removed
進行了一定程度的熔接後，撤掉夾具。
ここからは 手作業で、板金加工・・
形状を 整えるべく 感覚的な作業に なるので、ここも経験値が ものを言います。
From this point, sheet metal working is done manually … As it is a sensuous task for aligning the shape, experience is also important here
之後是手工作業，金屬板加工・・ 因為是靠感覺來成型的作業，在此也是經驗至關重要。
溶接を 全て施し、リアサスペンション 取り付け部の 完成です！
Once welding is applied, fittings on rear suspensions are done!
熔接實施後，後面懸架裝置固定部得以完成！
