ＣＢ９００-Ｆ 台湾へ！ＲＣＭ－４５６（Ｐａｒｔ-１４）

台湾 ＣＨＭＯＴＯの陳さんから オーダー頂いた、ＣＢ９００-Ｆ

ＲＣＭ-４５６（Ｐａｒｔ－１４）です！

Hello, this is Nakamura, the representative of Sanctuary head office. This is CB900F and RCM-456 Part-14 for which we received an order from CHMOTO in Taiwan!

承蒙台灣的ＣＨＭＯＴＯ訂購的ＣＢ９００Ｆ、ＲＣＭ－４５６ Ｐａｒｔ‐１４！

 

リアブレーキ周りの部品を組み付け、ホイール左右の寸法を計測。

Assembled the components around the rear brake, and measured the left and right wheels.

組裝後制動器的周圍零件，計測車輪左右的寸法。

 

左右ホイールカラーを、ジュラルミン むく材から削り出します。

Carved the collars of left/right wheels from the duralumin block.

用硬鋁材料削出左右輪軸環。

 

続いてはメーター周りの作業に・・・

Then, I started to work on the meter and related components…

接下來是儀表盤周圍的作業・・・

 

メーターはCB７５０Fの純正品を 別で用意しましたが、若干状態が

痛んでたので この後、メーター専門業者さんに レストア＆リビルド

作業を依頼する事に。

I have ordered the genuine CB750F meter, but it was not in the perfect condition.  So I decided to demount it and to send to the meter specialist for restoration & rebuilding works.

儀表準備了CB７５０F的正宗品，但因為狀態略有不佳

所以進行分解，此後委托儀表專業者進行恢復＆重組作業。

 

シートはタンクとの隙間を解消するべく、アルミでブラケットを造り

前側に取り付け・・・            あわせてスポンジを成型しました。

In order to eliminate the gap between the seat and the tank, I made a bracket and assembled at the front…

制作托架安裝到前側，以消除座椅和油箱之間的縫隙・・・

 

タンクとの隙間がなくなって 良い感じですが、スポンジ形状が

まだ気にいらないので、もう少しだけ形状を見直します。

The gap from the tank was nicely eliminated.  But I still did not like the shape of the sponge, and decided to work on it a little further.

沒有了與油箱之間的縫隙，感覺很好，

但海綿的形狀感覺不太好，再稍微修整以下形狀。

 

そして オイルクーラーの取り付けに・・・

ホース＆フィッティングパーツは 理想的な取り回しとする為に

一本づつ合わせて 組み立てします。

Then, I moved on to assembling the oil cooler…  In order to actualize the ideal structure of the hoses & fitting components, I assembled everything one by one.

接下來是油冷卻器的安裝・・・

為了使軟管＆配件達到理想的機動性，一根一根地組合安裝。

 

シリンダーヘッド前側にある 純正ブラケットのネジ穴を利用して

ホースをクランプパーツで固定しました。

I used the screw hole of the bracket at the front of the cylinder head to fixate the hose with the clamp.

利用氣缸蓋前側托架的螺孔，將軟管用夾具固定。

 

点火系 ＡＳウオタニ ＳＰ-Ⅱも取り付けます。

Then, I assembled the ignition part, AS Uotani SP-II.

接下來安裝點火系統AS UOTANI ＳＰ-Ⅱ
