ＤＡＥＧ ＲＣＭ ＰＲＯＪＥＣＴ （ＰＡＲＴ‐８）

シンガポールの Ｍｒ．Ｄｅｎｉｓｏｎさんに お見せする為に、スタートした この企画・・
ＤＡＥＧ ＲＣＭ プロジェクト。

When this DAEG RCM Project was launched, we initially meant to share the
process with Mr. Denison in Singapore through this blog.
気が付けば、日本の ＤＡＥＧ乗りの皆さんにも ブログを 見て頂けており、嬉しい限り！
その後、本店では現在 他にも２台の ＲＣＭ ＤＡＥＧを 製作する事になりましたので、
そちらのＤＡＥＧも いずれ ご紹介したいと思います。
Now, we are very happy to see our updates attracting many DAEG lovers
across the country! Following this project, we have received orders for two
other RCM DAEG remodeling. I’m planning to separately introduce their
processes as well.
さて・・ ＲＣＭ－２７６ ＤＡＥＧの方ですが、アッパーカウルを ローダウンさせる為の
ＬＯＷＥＲブラケットが 出来上がり、更に、ここに追加装着する 部品も製作・・
Now, back to the RCM-276 DAEG; the lower bracket designed to lower the
upper cowl is ready. Now I’m working on the additional part that goes with it.
こちらが その部品・・
ＲＣＭ ＤＡＥＧ専用の フロントブレーキホース アルミ削り出し ３Ｗａｙジョイントです！
This is the “additional” part…
the custom RCM DAEG cut-out aluminum three-way joint front brake hose!
後は、メインスイッチや メーター廻りのブラケット等を 新規製作すれば、
アッパーカウル廻りの 固定は 完了っ ♪
Once I’m done with a bracket around the main switch and meters,
the upper cowl fixtures will be complete ♪
ドライブスプロケットは 定評ある ＳＵＮＳＴＡＲ製を 用い、５３０サイズに 変更
For the drive sprocket, I replaced it with the trusted SUNSTAR, size 530.
ここでようやく、ドライブチェーンが 取り付けられます
Finally, the machine is mounted with a drive chain.
この ＲＣＭ－２７６ には、ＮＩＴＲＯ ＲＡＣＩＮＧ製の ウェルドクラフトチタンマフラーが
取り付けられており、サイレンサーも、排気ガス検査をクリアーした 車検対応品が、
取り付けられる 予定ですが・・
The RCM-276 is equipped with Weldcraft Titan muffler by NITRO RACING,
which will be later combined with an inspection-compliant silencer that passed
emission inspection. But…
遊び心で、レース専用の ＮＩＴＲＯ ＲＡＣＩＮＧ製サイレンサーを、仮り組み合わせ
してみたいと 思います
Being a bit playful should make no harm, should it? So, I am combining it
with NITRO RACING’s racing model silencer.
これは、ＤＡＥＧ専用に アルミプレートを 曲げ加工して造った、サイレンサーステー
This is an original DAEG silencer stay made of bent aluminum plate.
同じく、ＤＡＥＧ専用に 製作した タンデムステップＫＩＴで、サイレンサーステーと
共締めにする 構造です
The silencer stay is designed to be jointly fixed with another original DAEG
tandem step kit.
こんな感じ！・・ レース専用と なりますが、やはりルックスは かなりＧｏｏｄ！です ♪
Voila! … It has turned out as a racing model, but doesn’t it look good! Yes,
it indeed does!
ＲＣＭ－２７６ ＤＡＥＧ・・ だいぶ形になり、中村自身 お気に入りのマシンに なって
来ました・・ 実は こうなると、いつもの自分の悪い癖で、色々 欲張ったアイデアが
妄想の如く 勝手に 湧き上がります 何か・・ 本気になって来ました・・（笑）
まずは 標準ＴＹＰＥ‐Ｒとして 完成させ、その後 ＵＰグレードメニューを 開発予定・・
既に （これだっ！）と言う 構想（妄想）が 具体的にイメージ 出来てますんで、
開発を 乞うご期待 下さいねっ！
Now our RCM-276 DAEG is transforming into something solid, something I
myself can be proud of… As usual, around this stage of the remodeling work,
the devil mechanic within me starts to buzz and fills my head with crazy
ideas. Yes, it’s coming… I’m getting serious about it… First, I am finishing it
as a standard Type-R, and then later develop a suite of upgrade menus.
The one-and-only design (or illusion) is already on its way with details,
so just wait and see!
