ＤＡＥＧ　ＲＣＭ ＰＲＯＪＥＣＴ （ＰＡＲＴ‐１１）

相変わらずの 忙しさが 続くサンクチュアリー本店・・　　ここ数か月間、中村自ら

メカニックとして担当して来た 何台かの ＲＣＭが、皆 同時期に 完成しつつあります

 

Hello, everyone. Nakamura here, president of Sanctuary, posting from the

Tokyo Head Office. It’s been hectic around here at Sanctuary’s Head Office as

usual. These past few months, several RCM units, which Nakamura has

personally tended to as chief mechanic, are nearing simultaneous completion.

ＤＡＥＧで ＲＣＭを製作する 今ＰＲＯＪＲＣＴも、いよいよ大詰めを 迎えております！

My partner mechanic, Oochi, is attaching the completed, original rear-fender

stay. The DAEG RCM project is finally entering the homestretch!

This is what it looks like… RCM DAEG’s exclusive rear-fenderless kit!

 

 

アッパーカウルブラケットを 固定する 専用ステーも、出来上がって来ました

The special purpose stay which will anchor the upper cowl bracket is

complete.

 

 

こちらは、ＳＣＵＬＰＴＵＲＥ製ステアリングステムに 対応した、新しいハンドルバーの

クランプブラケット・・

This is the clamp bracket for the new handle bar – compatible with Sculpture

steering system.

 

 

ＲＣＭ シリアルプレートに、ナンバーを刻印・・

ここ数年、海外から ＲＣＭの お問い合わせを 沢山 頂く様になり、実際に製作して

輸出した車輌も ありますが、このシリアルナンバーは 一台とて 他に同じ番号の

車輌は 存在致しません・・　　これは日本だけでなく 海外とて 同じ事です

 

Engraving onto the RCM serial number plate…these past few years, we’ve

received numerous inquiries from abroad, and some of those have led to

actual production and export. There’s not one machine out there with the

same serial number, regardless of whether it’s within Japan or overseas.

 

 

先程の ハンドルバーをクランプする ブラケットを 取り付けて・・

We attach the aforementioned bracket, which will clamp the handlebar, and…

 

 

こんな感じに なります！・・ 　　  本来であれば、フレーム等に 打ち付けてる

シリアルプレートですが、ＤＡＥＧの場合 フロントカウリングがあり 確認しずらく、

今回 専用のプレートホルダーを 造ったんです♪

Voila! Normally, the serial plate would be attached to the frame, but since the

front cowl of the DAEG makes for difficult access, we manufactured a special

plate holder for the DAEG.

 

 

こちらも ＲＣＭ ＤＡＥＧ専用に製作した、スピードメーターセンサーの ブラケット・・

This is the bracket for the velocity sensor, which picks up speed for the

speed-o-meter, also made exclusively for the RCM DAEG.

 

 

仕上げの作業。　これは エアータッカーと言い、パワフルな ホッチキスみたいな物・・

Final finishing touches. This tool is called the air tucker, sort of like a stapling

machine on steroids.

 

 

スポンジ成形されて来た シートに、レザー張りを 施します。　レザーの張り具合などで

シート全体のフォルムが 結構 変わって来る為、自ら張っていると 言う訳なんです・・

We stich leather onto the shape formed sponge seat. The stitching

determines the contour of the overall seat, and that’s why we do this by

ourselves.

 

 

自分好みの形に なりました！・・ ♪

細かい事ですが、こういう部分も おろそかに したくありません・・

さて、この ＲＣＭ－２７６ ＤＡＥＧも、スポーツパッケージ ＴＹＰＥ-Ｒの 仕様としては

一先ず 完成しました。 まだこの先のアップグレード構想は ありますが、ＴＹＰＥ-Ｒの

標準仕様としての 完成形を、次回 お見せしますので 乞う ご期待下さいねっ！

 

It’s come out just the way I like it. It’s minor details, but I’d hate to overlook

even such fine features. The RCM-276 DAEG is now complete as a Sports

Package Type-R. We’ve reserved concepts for even further upgrades, but in

our next report, we’ll unveil the completed version of the Type-R standard

specification model. Stay tuned!
