シンガポール在住の Ｍｒ．Ｄｅｎｉｓｏｎ さんと、ＲＣＭの件で メールしていた事から
始まった、この ＤＡＥＧ ＲＣＭ ＰＲＯＪＥＣＴ・・
担当メカニックは、私中村と 大地の ２名体制で 臨む事になりました。
The DAEG RCM PROJECT, triggered by our mail exchanges,
on the matter of RCM, with Mr. Denison living in Singapore,
will be run by two mechanics in charge, Nakamura (me) and Oochi,
in double harness.
早速 取り組む必要性あったのが、このマフラーです・・
ＤＡＥＧは、排気ガス等の 規制があり、専用に開発する 必要があったんです
The first thing we had to address was this muffler…
As DAEG is subject to the emission regulations etc.,
we had to specially develop a new one.
ベースとなるマフラーは 先日より ラインナップされた、ＮＩＴＲＯ ＲＡＣＩＮＧ製の
ウエルドクラフト ３Ｄチタン！・・
精密に 美しく繋ぎ合わさった エキゾーストパイプが、大変ＧＯＯＤ！です
The muffler to be based on is the recently-lined-up Weldcraft 3D Titan,
produced by NITRO RACING!
This is a very good muffler with the exhaust pipe connected together
precisely and beautifully.
ですが コレ！・・ この Ｏ２センサーを、取り付けできる様に しないといけません・・
But this…has to be worked so that this O2 censor can be attached…
そんな訳で 早速、テールパイプに加工を 施しました・・
So, we set about to machine the tail-pipe right away…
サイレンサーも、これまでの ＮＩＴＲＯ ＲＡＣＩＮＧ製とは、かなり違います・・
キャタライザーを 内蔵するべく、
外径が 大きくなりました・・ ホントは 細身のサイレンサーが 好きなんですが
規制を通す為に ガマンです・・
ひとまず 取り付け 完了！・・
この状態で 一度 試験的に、測定を してみる事にします
Installation is complete for now! In this state,
I will make a measurement on trial.
いやぁ～ それにしても、ホントこのタンク・・ でかいです・・
この辺のフォルムを ちょっと 変えたい気が、しますねぇ・・
At any rate, this tank is really big…
I feel like making a small change to the form around here…
この後の 展開として、いろいろ 構想が あるのですが、一つ一つ 作業を
進めながら、イメージを追って 行くしかありません・・ まだまだ道のりは 険しです
As to the future development,
I have a lot of plans but first have to explore the images,
working on the tasks one by one… I still have a long way to go.
