オランダＣＭＳの ＣＢ１１００ＲＣ、シリアルナンバー ＲＣＭ－２８２ Ｐａｒｔ‐２５です！
Hello, there! I’m Nakamura (President and Representative Director of AC
Sanctuary) posting this article from the Head Office… This is Part 25 of a
series of articles on Restomod Project for CB1100RC (with the serial number
RCM-282) commissioned by the Dutch company CMS!
前回 加工した アッパーカウル ブラケットが、粉黛塗装工程から 塗り上がって
来ましたので、早速 取り付けを致します
The upper cowl bracket that was processed last time has been painted by
powder coating. So, we are going to install that immediately.
ヘッドライトも 取り付けしましょう・・
We will also install the headlight…
ヘッドライトは、レンズカットが 中の反射板に 施してある、アルチリフレクター・・
The headlight is the multi-reflector type. The lens cut is applied to the inside
of the reflecting plate.
ここで オイルクーラーも 装備・・
An oil cooler is also equipped…
市販品を そのまま 取り付けするのでは なく、専用ブラケットを 製作して、
オリジナルの位置に 取り付けました
Rather than attaching the commercial product as it is, we made a special
bracket and attached it in the original position.
続いては、ブレーキホース 製作です
Subsequently, we will make a brake hose.
ステアリングステムに、ブレーキホースの ３ＷＡＹジョイントを 取り付けて・・
We will attach a 3-way joint of the brake to the steering stem…
フロントサスペンションの 上下ストロークを 考慮しながら、組み立てて行きます。
While considering the upper and lower strokes of the front suspension, we
are going to assemble it.
出来ました！ ブレーキホースの 形や 取り回しなど、こういう部分の フォルムは
意外に 重要！ 一本一本 こだわって 取り組んでいます
It’s done! This part’s form, such as the shape and processing of the brake
hose, is unexpectedly important. We are working on them one by one
particularly.
そしてっ！・・ ここで ＲＣＭの 証明たる、シリアルプレートの 取り付け！
Then! … Here, we have attached a serial plate as a proof of RCM!
メーター周辺の 作業も 全て終わり、いよいよ最後の 大物セクション・・
外装カラーリング ペイントに 移ります！ オランダＣＭＳ社の Ｍｒ．Ｍｉｋｅさ～んっ！
長く 時間が掛かった この ＲＣＭ－２８２ ＣＢ１１００ＲＣも、ようやく ゴールが
見えて参りました！ 後 残り２～３回の 更新で、フィニッシュ 迎えるかと思います・・
もう少し ですよ～っ！！・・
The work around the meter is completely finished. At last, we will move to
the last big item – exterior coloring paint! Mike at CMS Corporation in
Holland!! The RCM-282 and CB1100RC have both taken a long time. Finally,
we could see the goal! We will renew this page two or three more times.
Then we will complete the work…
