ＲＣＭ－３３８ （その５） ですっ！
Hello Everyone! I am Nakamura, representative director of Sanctuary’s headquarters.. It’s RCM-338 (vol. 5), which is now in production at the request of Luc from Denis Diesel Service in Belgium!
フレームが 粉黛塗装工程から、戻って来ました。
The frame has come back from the powder coating process.
いつ見ても 大変美しい 仕上がりで、気持ちが いいです・・ ♪
Beautifully finished, as always. It makes me feel good!
では、恒例行事でも ある ＲＣＭ シリアルプレートを、取り付けましょう！・・
Attaching an RCM serial plate as part of the routine.
これだけは 世界共通・・ 日本も ベルギーも、ありません・・
ＲＣＭは 皆 同じ シリアルナンバーの 企画で、統一 されております。
It is a universal number, commonly used in Japan as well as Belgium. All the machines bear the universal serial number.
ＳＣＵＬＰＴＵＲＥ製 ステアリングステムに、ＯＨＬＩＮＳ製 正立Ｆフォークを 固定・・
A front suspension of OHLINS is attached to SCULPTURE’s steering stem.
リアサスペンションも 同じく、スウェーデンの ＯＨＬＩＮＳ社製です
The rear suspension was also manufactured by OHLINS, a Swedish brand.
この段階で エンジンも 進めておきます。 ある程度 進める事で、必要な部品や
作業が 見えて来る事が 多いので、同時進行が 能率 良かったりするんです。
In the meantime, we are doing some work on the engine, too. Such a simultaneous process is beneficial because it often helps us understand necessary parts and tasks.
ミッションギアの 状態を チェック・・
Checking the conditions of the mission gear.
ギアが スライドした際に 噛み合う、ドックの具合を 点検・・
この個体は 良好状態な 様です。
Looking at the dogs that engage when the gear slides. The component seems to be OK.
ミッションギアの インプットシャフトに 組み込んだのは、おなじみ 後期型モデル
Ｚ１０００ ＰＯＬＩＣＥ用の、アルミクラッチハウジングです・・
What attached to the input shaft of the mission gear is an aluminum clutch housing of the late model Z1000 POLICE.
クランクシャフトも 載せて、エンジンケースの 組み付け準備 完了です！
With a crank shaft mounted on it, the preparation for the engine case assembly has now been finished!
