ＲＣＭ－３３８ （その８）ですっ！
Hello Everyone! I am Nakamura, representative director of Sanctuary’s headquarters.. It’s RCM-338 (vol. 8), which is now in production at the request of Luc from Denis Diesel Service in Belgium!
フレームに 搭載された 後、最後の エンジン作業を 進行中・・
Mounting the engine on the frame, now working on the finer points to finish it up..
タペット調整後、何度か クランクを 回転させて、カムや タペットパーツの 作動
フィーリングを 確認しておきます・・
Adjusting the tappet, crank several times to get the feel of how the cam and the head parts work.
ヘッドカバーを 閉じれば、エンジン 完成っ！
Closing the head cover, we are done with the engine!
ＮＩＴＲＯ ＲＡＣＩＮＧ製 ヒートポリッシュ 仕様の マフラーを、取り付けます・・
Have installed the NITRO RACING muffler, heat polish finished.
続いては、オイルクーラーの 取り付け・・
Continue to the oil cooler..
オイルクーラーの ホースは 毎回 車体に合わせて 切り、組み付けてます。
Every time we work with the oil cooler hose, we cut it to the size fit to the body before installation.
５ｍｍ単位の 誤差に 拘ってホース長を 決定・・ ひと手間 掛かりますが
こうする事で 美しい ホースシルエットが 実現 出来るんで、必ず 拘ります・・
Determine the hose length acting on the principle of the maximum unit of 5mm accuracy. It takes the trouble but this will make a beautiful hose line.
点火系は ＡＳウオタニ製。 パルシングコイルを 取り付けて・・
Use AS Uotani ignition system. Installing the pulser coil..
イグニッションコイルも 取り付け、これで エンジンが始動 致しますっ！
Also the ignition coil. And now the engine is ready to roll!
