ノルウェーから 依頼 頂いた、Ｚ１０００ＳＴ の フレーム Ｐａｒｔ‐１０ です！
Hello everyone! This is Nakamura, Representative Director of Sanctuary’s head office. This is the part 10 of Z1000ST frame!
ポート拡大加工を 施した シリンダーヘッドですが、研磨部門 菊池の 手により
より細かく 仕上られます・・
Kikuchi at the Polishing section finishes up the cylinder head after its port enlargement has been applied.
粗目から 細目へと、削り目を 徐々に 細かくして 行くのですが・・
Gradually shifting from coarse to fine…
この道 ３０年の 菊池でも 「この仕事は どうしても、時間は 掛かる！」 との 事で
丹念に作業 しております・・
Even for Kikuchi who has 30 years of experience in this work, it takes time, and he is working with great care.
最後は ケミカルを 使って、鏡面仕上げに・・

ポート拡大 研磨加工、終了っ！・・
この後 オーバーサイズ バルブガイドや シートリングの 加工工程へと 移りました・・
Then, the port enlargement and polishing process is done and dusted! Next processes will be the valve guide and seat ring manufacturing processes.
一方、 フレームの 方ですが・・

小針メカが、シートカウル 取り付け用の ブラケットを 製作していました・・
Kobari, the mechanic, is working on the bracket for seat ring attachment.
タンクを 載せ、シートカウルを 被せて、まずは 全体像を確認・・
Mounting the tank, and put the seat cowl over to check the overall aesthetic.
と、 そんな折・・ ショールームに 外国の方が お二人・・？
