ノルウェーから 依頼頂いた、Ｚ１０００ＳＴの フレーム Ｐａｒｔ‐１４ です！
Hello everyone! This is Nakamura, Representative Director of Sanctuary’s head office. This is the part 13 of Z1000ST frame!
今回から いよいよ、フレームに部品を 取り付けて行きます・・
We will now be attaching the parts to the frame.
ホイールは イタリア Ｏ・Ｚ Ｒａｃｉｎｇ製の、アルミ鍛造 ＰＩＥＧＡ。
The wheels we attach are the PIEGA made of forged aluminum from Oz Racing in Italy.
何と、Ｏｌｅさんからの リクエストで、オレンジ色に アルマイト処理 しました！
Orange colored alumite treatment has been applied to it at the request of Mr. Ole!
フロントフォークには スウェーデン ＯＨＬＩＮＳ社製の、倒立フロントフォーク！
We’ve used the inverted front fork from Ohlins DTC in Sweden!
ハンドルバーは、Ｏｌｅさんから お預かりしていた 物・・・ やっと 取り付けできました！
And the handlebar is the one we have received from Mr. Ole. We finally managed to attach it!
タンクを 載せて、暫定ですが ハンドル位置を 決めます・・
After setting the tank bag, we tentatively adjust the handle position.
フロントアクスルシャフトは ＯＨＬＩＮＳ フロントフォーク専用・・
材質は クロムモリブデンニッケル鋼で、軽いのに 非常に 強靭なものです。
Front axle shaft is the one specifically for the front fork from Ohlins DTC. The material being used is chromium molybdenum nickel steel, which is extremely strong.
タイヤを組み込んだ ホイールを、取り付けました・・・。
Now we will be attach the wheels with the tires built in.
時を 同じくして 荷物が到着・・・
At the same time, something has just arrived…
スイングアームが 粉黛塗装から 帰って来ました！
Swing arm has arrived with powder coating done!
早速 ベアリングなどの部品を 装備し、これよりフレームに 取り付けします。
So we can now attach the parts such as bearings to this swing arm and then attach it to the frame.
ノルウェーの Ｏｌｅさ～んっ！ だいぶ姿形が 見えて来ましたよ～っ！
フレームは 最後に、粉黛塗装しますからね～っ！
Ole in Norway! It’s almost done! We will apply the powder coating on the frame in a final process!
