アメリカ ラスベガス在住 Ｍｒ.Ｄｉａｚからお預かりした、ＧＳＸ１０００Ｓカタナ
（Ｐａｒｔ‐２０）です！
This is GSX1000S Katana (Part-20) shipped from Mr. A Diaz in Las Vegas!
今まで沢山のパーツを単品製作して来ましたが、それらはまだ全て表面処理が
施されておりませんでした。
We have manufactured a great number of parts, but none of them have been surface-treated.
それら多数パーツの表面を下地研磨し、アルミやステンレスなど それぞれに適した
表面処理を施工しました。
The surface of many of these parts is polished, and suitable surface treatment is applied to aluminum and stainless steel, respectively.
こうして仕上がった全パーツを、いよいよ車体に本組みして行きます。
All parts will be finally assembled into the body.
アルミ材はアルマイト処理、ステンレスや鉄は電着処理と、それぞれ異なる表面処理を
施した部品が全て取り付けされました。
All parts with different surface treatments (alumite treatment is applied to aluminum and electrodeposition is applied to stainless steel and iron) have been mounted!
ここでブレーキホースを組み立てるべく、フィッティングパーツを選択します。
The fitting part to assemble the brake hose is selected here.
ブレーキホースはもちろん、ＲＣＭご用達 イタリアAllegri社製の鉸め式ホース
”ショルトシステム”
The brake hose is, of course, the Short System made by Allegri, Italy, RCM’s favorite.
ＲＣＭらしいホースワークが完成。
Allegri製のブレーキホースは本当に優れた製品で、大変ありがたい存在です ♪
Completed a hose work that is so RCM.

そして 左出しのマフラーを追加製作するのに、マシンをマフラーの製作工場へと
移動させるのですが、同時進行で外装ペイントも行う事に。
In order to make the left muffler, the body needed to be moved to a muffler manufacturing plant, and the exterior paint was performed at the same time.
陽が沈みだした夕方、ペイント業者に向かいました。
In the evening when the sun began to sink, we went to the painter.
かれこれ３０年近い付き合いになるＹＦデザインに到着。
Arrived at YF Design, with whom we have been working for nearly 30 years.
ＲＣＭ-５００の外装はとても特殊な仕様で、早速見て頂く事に・・・
The exterior of the RCM-500 was so special that they took a look at it right after its arrival…
ここはＹＦデザインのアトリエで裏に塗装ブースがあり、毎日忙しくペイントが
行われています。
全日本ロードレース選手権のレーシングマシン達も、ここで数多く 沢山ペイント
されて来ました。
This is a studio of YF design, and they are busy painting every day at a painting booth on the back.
Many racing machines of the All Japan Road Race Championship have also been painted here.
ＲＣＭ-５００ カタナ、いよいよラストステージ突入！
８月上旬には左のマフラーが出来上がり、外装ペイントも仕上がる事でしょう！

いよいよ完成が見えて参りましたよーっ！
RCM-500 KATANA, finally entering the last stage!
The left muffler will be finished in early August, and the exterior paint will be finished too.
