ＲＣＭ‐６４９Ｚ１０００ＭＫ２（その４）です！

This is the RCM-649 Z1000MK2 (Part 4), ordered by Mr. John Lewis from Australia!

４気筒芯出し済みのクランクシャフトをケースに組み込み、エンジン下側
セクションを組み上げました。

The lower section of the engine was assembled by incorporating a crankshaft aligned on the four cylinders.

トランスミッションにはもちろん、Ｎｅｗ６速クロスミッションを採用。

A new 6-speed closed compartment transmission was used.

アウトプットシャフトが長い設計で造られているコウガのパテント構造
ドライブチェーンラインＥＶＯＬＵＴＩＯＮシステムです！

Koga’s patented drive chain line EVOLUTION system makes up the output shaft!

ピストンはＤｉＮｘ鍛造品。
テーパー形状やラウンド率を徹底的に見直して設計されている優れたピストンです。

The pistons are forged by DiNx.
They are excellent pistons that have been thoroughly redesigned in terms of their taper shape and round rate.

タイミングパーツは１７丁と１５丁の構成となっている、サンクチュアリー
メカニックブランド製リジット式アイドラー

The timing parts are 15 and 17-teeth Sanctuary original rigid idlers.

ＤｉＮｘではシリンダーヘッドの内燃機加工が進行中。
縦型フライスに固定し、ダイヤルゲージで面の歪値を精密に測定しています。

At DiNx, while the cylinder head’s internal combustion engine machining is in progress, it is fixed to a vertical milling cutter and a dial gauge is used to precisely measure its surface distortion value.

ツインプラグのネジ穴も汎用ＮＣ機に入力されたプログラムで精密に切削加工。
内燃機加工は全て内製により行われて行きます。

The screw holes for the twin plugs are precisely machined by a program input into a general purpose NC machine. All internal combustion engine machining is performed in-house.

バルブはＤｉＮｘオリジナルのビッグバルブ。
インテークバルブφ３７.５エキゾーストバルブφ３１.５のフェイスサイズで
バルブステム径はノーマル７mmから５.５mmになっているものです。

The valves are DiNx’s original big valves.
The intake side is φ37.5 and the exhaust side is φ31.5. The valve stem diameter has been reduced from the standard 7mm to 5.5mm.

実を言うと、Ｚエンジンにおいてツインプラグ化は燃焼セクション加工の中で
最もお勧めしたい仕様。
皆さんあまり意識されてないと思いますが、ツインプラグ化は大変意義があり
メリットの多い素晴らしいメニューなんです

When it comes to Z engines, twin plug conversions are the most recommended modification for the combustion section.
Most people aren’t aware of it, but twin plug conversions are wonderful and very fruitful option.

シリンダーヘッドにバルブを組み込みました。
バルブリテーナーはビッグバルブのＫＩＴに付属されているＤｉＮｘオリジナル
５.５ｍｍステム専用の軽量リテーナーです。

The valves are installed in the cylinder head.
The valve retainers are lightweight retainers that are made specifically for the DiNx original 5.5mm stems included in the big valve kit.
