ＤＡＥＧ　ＲＣＭ ＰＲＯＪＥＣＴ （ＰＡＲＴ‐５）

 

こんにちは 皆さん　　サンクチュアリー本店の 中村です・・

Hello, everybody　This is Nakamura, President and Representative Director

of Sanctuary head office.

 

 

少し ご無沙汰と なっておりました、ＤＡＥＧ　ＲＣＭ化 計画でしたが、水面下で色々な

加工作業や 段取りやらは、ちゃんと 進んでいたんです・・

Although there has been a little hiatus in reporting on the DAEG RCM

project, various fabrication and preparatory works have certainly been

making headway behind the scene・・

 

 

数日前に 補強材を溶接した、リアスイングアーム・・

This is the rear swing arm,

to which we have welded a reinforcement material several days ago・・

 

 

ＤＡＥＧの ボディボリュ－ムに 負けないデザインの 補強です。

どうですかっ！？・・　かなり い～い感じですよっ！・・　(^ ^♪

The design of reinforcement is commensurate with the voluminous body

of DAEG. How about it!? It looks fantastic! 

 

 

そして、表面処理は おなじみ ダイヤモンドコーティング！・・

もう一人の 担当メカ、大地も 見とれております・・

And, the surface treatment will be done with the diamond coating, our

familiar choice!・・ Another mechanic Oochi is looking on in fascination. 

 

 

スイングアームが 組み付けされた 所で、今度は フロント回り・・

Now that the swing arm is mounted,

we will move on to the work around the frond-end・・ 

 

 

ステアリングステムの シャフト寸法を 測定・・

先週まで この辺の作業を、地味～に やってたんですわ・・　(^_^;)

We are taking measurements of the steering shaft・・

We had been taking care of many low-profile jobs around this area until

last week・・

 

 

 

こうして出来上がった ＤＡＥＧ専用の、ステアリングステム・・

ブラックアルマイト仕上げです！

After all these procedures, the steering stem specially fabricated for the

DAEG is finally completed・・　With black alumite finish!

 

 

フレームに 取り付けて見ましょう！・・　　　ちょっと 楽しくなって来ましたよっ！

Let’s mount it to the frame now!・・　It’s becoming a little more fun!

 

 

そして そしてっ！・・ 真打登場！　ＯＨＬＩＮＳ 倒立フロントフォーク ＦＧ４２４ ですっ！

ＤＡＥＧ　ＲＣＭ－２７６には、この フロントフォークをっ！と、前から 決めていました！

And voila!・・Here comes the star of the show!

This is OHLINS inverted front fork FG424!

We had our mind made up that this particular front fork would be the one

for DAEG RCM-276 a long time ago!

 

 

胸おどる 取り付けの瞬間です・・　　　たぶん、似合うと思いますよっ！

The heart-pounding moment of assembly・・　It’s got to look good on it!
