From the Netherlands! CB1100R Part-9

オランダＣＭＳ社の ＣＢ１１００ＲＣ、シリアルナンバー ＲＣＭー２８２ Ｐａｒｔ‐９ですっ！
Hello, everyone! I am Nakamura, president and representative director of
Sanctuary head office・・ This is the part 9 of CB1100RC, serial number RCM-
282, ordered by CMS of Holland!
シートレール最後端部に かなりの損傷が あった為、新規にブラケット部を 再現・・
Because there was terrible damage at the edge of the seat rail,
we reconstructed the bracket part.
旧い部位を 切り落とし、新らしく造った 部材を あてがいます
After cutting down the old part, we fix up the newly-made member.
実際に シートカウルを仮付けして、ブラケットの位置や幅など、確認・・
We put the seat cowl temporarily and check position or width of the
bracket・・
一方こちらは、フレーム補強材の １つである、ガセットプレートを押し出す 型のＳＥＴ・・
In the meantime, this is the mold set to push out the gusset plate which is
one of the reinforcement frames・・
２個の型に、ブランクとなるプレートを 置いて、押しながら 変形させて行きます
We put plates which are to be blanks in two molds and change the shapes
by pushing them.
油圧プレスを 使用し、押し切って・・
Using the hydraulic press, we push them to the end・・
材料を 型から抜けば、ガセットプレートの 出来上がり！
Taking out the materials from the molds, here are the gusset plates!
ガセットを フレームの適所に 合せて加工し、続いては バーリング加工を施します
After processing the gusset plates into the shape fitting right position of the
frame, we go through the burring process.
まずは、下穴を 開けましょう・・
First, let’s drill a pilot hole・・
バーリング専用工具を 用い、下穴を めくり上げて行きます
We pull the pilot hole up, using a specialized tool for burring.
ただ穴を開けた 状態ではなく、 めくり上げてやる事で、立体的な
ねじれに強い、合理的な補強材と なります
Not just drilling the hole but pulling it up makes the intelligent reinforcement
material which is steric and doesn’t twist.
そして、もう一人の担当 畔柳メカニックはと 言うと、
出来上がったばかりの アルミ製 リアフェンダーを確認中・・ 従来付いていた 純正の
樹脂製リアフェンダーに 変わって、アルミ製の逸品に 変更するんですが、これを
取り付けする為の ブラケットを 予めフレーム側に 設けておく必要があり、早い段階で
造ったと言う 次第です・・ ＣＭＳ社 Ｍｒ．Ｍｉｋｅさ～んっ！
今現在 フレームへの作業は、７割方終了っ！・・ ＲＣＭ製作において、
最も重要な フレーム加工なだけに、慎重に やらせてもらって おりますよ～っ！
And one more Kuroyanagi mechanic in charge is checking the aluminum rear
fender that has just been made・・ In order to assemble the fine aluminum
rear fender instead of that of the conventional and genuine plastic, it is
necessary to set up the bracket on the frame in advance, and that is why we
have made it early on・・ Mr. Mike of CMS～! 70% of the frame work has been
done! This frame processing is the most important in creating RCM so we are
doing this very carefully～!
