こんにちは 皆さん　サンクチュアリー本店の 中村です・・

ＤＡＥＧで 初の ＲＣＭ化を試みる、このＰＲＯＪＥＣＴ！　ＲＣＭー２７６！・・

作業が進むにつれ、かなり盛り上がって 来ております！

Hello everybody.　This is Nakamura, representative director and president of

Sanctuary at its head office・・ This is the PROJECT in which we attempt to

turn DAEG into an RCM for the first time! As the work progresses, it has

definitely livened up!

 

ＤＡＥＧ純正の スロットルボディに 取り付けられている、スロットルワイヤー・・

This is the throttle wire that is attached to the genuine DAEG throttle body・・

 

 

スロットルワイヤーの 固定は、独立したホルダーＴＹＰＥに 変更・・

The fixture for the throttle wire is being changed to an independent holder

type・・

 

 

スロットル 巻き取り径、ワイヤーの インナー＆アウター長、スロットルボディ側の

ワイヤープーリー等、遊びの具合を チェックしときます・・

To be careful, we are checking on the throttle winding diameter, the inner

and outer length of the wire, and how much play there is for the wire pulley

on the throttle body side, etc.・・

 

 

当然、右のハンドルスイッチも 薄型に変えました

Of course, we have changed the switch on the right handle to a thin type.

 

 

中村は、シート形状を どうするか 検討中・・

Nakamura is considering as to what should be the optimal shape of the

seat・・

 

 

好みの形を 追及しつつ、乗り心地や ポジションまで考えて イメージして行きます

In pursuit of the preferred shape, the riding comfort and position are also

taken into consideration to image how it should be created.

 

 

何となく 見えて来ました！・・

早速 絵にかいて、シート業者さんに 加工の依頼を 掛けたいと思います。

おそらくは 完全に 自分好み系の シートに、なる事でしょう・・（笑）

A vision seems to appear！・・　No time is wasted until its picture is drawn, as

we wish to place the order to the seat production company soon. Most likely,

the seat will be right down my alley once it is finished.・・lol

 

 

大地メカは、ドライブスプロケットカバーの スピードセンサー位置を 試行錯誤中

Mechanic Oochi is going through trials and errors as to the location of the

speed sensor for the drive sprocket cover・・

 

 

純正のカバーを、思い切って ガバッ！っと 切断し、測定しています・・

He is taking the bold approach of thrashing up the genuine cover to take

measurements.

 

 

中村は、リアフェンダーレスＫＩＴの 製作に 入りたいと思います。

シンプルで かつ、機能的・・ ルックスも ＲＣＭに 相応しいスタイルに したいですね ♪

この ＲＣＭ－２７６ ＤＡＥＧ スポーツパッケージも いよいよ佳境に入り、完成が

見えて来ました・・　　出来上がったら シンガポールの Ｍｒ．Ｄｅｎｉｓｏｎさんに、画像を

お見せしたいです！　ちなみに、このＴＹＰＥ‐Ｒを 更に ＵＰグレードさせたバージョンも

既に 構想が固まっており、早くそっちに 着手したいと 気が焦っております・・

いやいや・・　 すっかり ＤＡＥＧの魅力に はまっとります・・（笑）

 

Nakamura now would like to move on to making the rear fender-less kit. He

wishes to make it simple and functional・・ and to make it look like it has the

proper RCM style♪ As our work on this RCM-276 DAEG sports package is

reaching its climax, its completion has come into our sight・・Once it is

finished, we want to show its picture to Mr. Denison in Singapore! By the

way, we have already come up with a solid concept for the upgraded version

of this TYPE-R, so our heart has grown impatient before we can start

working on it soon・・ Oh, we are so enthralled by the charm of DAEG・・lol 

 

Ｔｏ Ｂｅ Ｃｏｎｔｉｎｕｅｄ
