ラスベガス在住 Mr.A Diazからお預かりした GSX1000Sカタナ （Part-10）です！
This is GSX1000S Katana (Part-10) shipped from Mr. A Diaz in Las Vegas!
現段階でやるべき作業は、とにかくフレームに必要な機能を溶接しておく事で
アンダーカウル取り付け用ブラケットもその１つ。
At the current stage, we need to weld the necessary functions to the frame anyway. The Under Cowling Bracket is one of them.
アンダーカウルにはナイトロレーシング製のカワサキZ用を加工して取り付けます。
We process and attach the Under Cowling for Kawasaki Z made by NITRO RACING
これよりブラケットを溶接をするので フレームの塗装を剥す事に・・・
From now on, we will weld, so the paint on the frame will be stripped.
左右で計６ヵ所のマウントブラケットを溶接する為、部分的に塗装を剥離します。
We weld the brackets of 6 places in total on the left and right, so the paint is partially peeled off.
アンダーカウル本体もカタナのダウンチューブ形状に合わせてスライスします。
The Under Cowling body is also sliced according to the frame shape of Katana.
６ヵ所のアンダーカウル固定ブラケット溶接が終わりました！
We have finished the bracket welding of 6 places!
取り付けのスクリュー部はクッションを介したラバーマウント構造になってます。
The mounting screw part has a rubber mount structure through a cushion.
続いては左右ステップの取り付け部をフレームに溶接します。
Next, we weld the mounting parts of the left and right steps.
位置的にエキゾーストサイレンサーも関係する為、暫定ですが取り付けました。
We mounted it temporarily because the exhaust silencer is related to the position.
Ｍｒ.Ｄｉａｚは身長が高く足が長いので、窮屈に感じない様 なるべくステップを
下に取り付けたいと思います。
Diaz is tall and has long legs, so we would like to mount the steps below as much as possible so that he does not get cramped.
まだ足回りパーツが暫定の仮り組みですが、ひとまず第一段階は終了！
The undercarriage parts are still a temporary assembly, but the first stage is over for now!

ここで一端エンジンを下ろし 次の第２段階、シングルシートファイバー成型加工に
進みますよ～っ！
