ラスベガス在住 Mr.A Diazからお預かりした GSX1000Sカタナ（Part-16）です！
This is GSX1000S Katana (Part-16) shipped from Mr. A Diaz in Las Vegas!
だいぶ完成が見えて来たRCM-500ですが、まだまだハードルの高い作業が
いくつか残ってますね～・・・
The RCM-500 is getting quite close to completion, but some difficult tasks still remain
シングルシートカウル内に取り付けされる各種ブラケットを、これから全て
製作しなければなりません。
We now need to produce all of each bracket to fit inside the seat cowl
どんな構造、形状にするかをイメージして 各部を測定・・・
Picturing the shape they will have, we are measuring each part…
軽くて強いブラケットを造るべく、再びキャドに向かい合います。
Working with CAD again to create light and strong brackets
一方で、こちらはアルミタンク・・・
In the meantime, here is the aluminum tank…
Ｍｒ.Ｄｉａｚがご希望されていたアルミタンクのヘアーライン表面処理を
社内研磨部門にて施しています。
Our internal polishing section is working on the hairline finish of the tank as requested by Mr. Diaz
ヘアーライン処理が終わりました ♪
更にこの後、コーティング工程へと移行します。
The hairline finish is done ♪
And after that, moving on to the coating process.
フロントウインカーにはこんな感じのものが似合うと思い、用意して見ました。
We prepared this we thought to be the kind that would fit the front turn signal
取り付けるとこんな感じ！
アッパーカウルのウインカー取り付け部ファイバー側は成形する予定です・・・
が、このウインカーで良いのかどうか？ Ｍｒ.Ｄｉａｚから返信頂いていない為
一旦ストップですね (^^;)
That how it looks when we put it on!
We are planning to form and shape the fiber side of the upper cowl…But is it alright with this turn signal? We still have not received the answer from Mr. Diaz, so we stopped here for now (^^;)
シートカウルブラケットの一部が出来上がりましたので取り付けてみます！
でもまだ ここから更に複数のブラケットを造る必要があります。
Some of the seat cowl brackets were done, so we will see how they fit! But we still need to create several brackets from here.
