アメリカ ラスベガス在住 Ｍｒ.Ｄｉａｚからお預かりした ＧＳＸ１０００Ｓカタナ
（Ｐａｒｔ‐１８）です！
This is GSX1000S Katana (Part-18) shipped from Mr. A Diaz in Las Vegas!
徐々に出来上がりつつあるリアのブラケットは、複雑な様相を見せて来ました。
The rear bracket is gradually nearing completion, but it has become complicated.
シングルシートをしっかり固定させつつ、きっちり機能も追求・・・
Not only firmly fixing the single seat but also pursuing functions …
シートはキーシリンダーを回す事で、ワンタッチで脱着できる構造にしました。
The seat has the structure that can be attached / detached by simply turning the key cylinder.
続いてはＰＣとにらめっこ・・・
Then, staring at PC…
先日Ｍｒ.Ｄｉａｚがご来店された時に追加になったメーターパネルを、キャドで
図面化しています。
新たに油温計が加わったオリジナルのデザインで図面作成しました。
We are using CAD to make the drawings of meter panel that was added when Mr. Diaz came to our shop the other day.
An oil temperature gauge was newly added, and we made the drawings based on the original.
そのメーターパネルが出来上がりましたので暫定で取り付けしてみます。
design.Because the meter panel was completed, we try to temporarily attach it.
Ｍr.Ｄｉａｚからのご希望で、カーボンプレートを上に重ねる構造にしました。
At the desire of Mr. Diaz, it has the structure in which carbon plates are laid on.
メーターパネルの製作を一端止めて 次の作業に入りましょう。
We temporarily stop producing the meter panel, and begin the next work process.
ご来店頂いた際にフロントウインカーの仕様も決まり、急遽ステーを溶接する事に。
When you visited our shop, the contents of front winkers were fixed; and therefore, it has been suddenly decided that the stays for fixing them should be welded.
ステーの位置を合わせながら溶接するのでアッパーカウルを取り付けて作業しました。
Because we are matching the positions of stays to weld them, we carried out the work by attaching the upper cowl.
アッパーカウルにＦＲＰ用の樹脂を盛り、硬化するまでしばらく待つ事に・・・
We thickly applied the resin for FRP to the upper cowl, and are waiting for a while until it cures …
そして先ほどのアッパーカウルブラケットを取り外して本溶接しました。
Then, we carried out the normal welding of upper-cowl bracket mentioned earlier.
ここに来て色んなメニューが追加になり、まだまだやらねばならない作業があります。
何とかこの夏に完成させたいので Ｍr.Ｄｉａｚに送ったメール返信を待つ事にしました。

At this stage, various menus have been added; and we still have a lot of things to do.
Because we would like to complete it in some manner by the summer of this year,
let’s wait for the reply to the email that we sent to Mr. Diaz.
